Challenge

UX copywriting to humanise Vodafone’s award winning Ultra Hub App, driving engagement for simple, smart, home set-up.

App should be customer centric and human at heart, guiding users through set-up to support, for a connected home.

My approach

Partnering with the UX lead designer and product owner to address areas to improve the user experience.

Replacing technical language with a consistent Tone of Voice that is friendly, human and helpful.
 
Simplfying user journeys and strengthening microcopy to drive engagement with the App.

Collaborating on Figma, with weekly stand ups with the product owner to present recommendations and hear feedback.
