Create a new HR Hub for +120,000 Barclays employees. Offering HR services that are simple, insightful and effective.
 
Make HR content more accessible and user friendly, to reduce the number of HR helpdesk calls.

Content analysis
Using analytics and insights to define which content should be removed, updated or rehomed.

Strategy/content design
UX wireframes for new information architecture, collaborating with research and design teams to create the new user interface.

UX copywriting
Following UX styleguide, rewriting and editing content in our new TOV, working closely with subject matter experts.

Content design/build
Building and publishing new pages using Adobe Experience Manager.

Taxonomy
Optimising key word search by organising and classifying content.
